Hi Lisa...Just wanted to say hey and THANK YOU!  People say building a home is stressful. For us it has been a very pleasant experience building with you and Trinity Home Builders. Especially with the One Year Home Warranty you included.  It has taken care of the little things like the toilet  that likes  to run on it's own, now fixed. Also it was nice since we moved into our home last October and our lawn was seeded;  the landscaper came back this spring  and did an excellent job touching up Winters damage to the lawn.  Any settlement cracks were taken care of which we only had two small ones.  It truly has been a pleasant experience!  Not to mention all the complements from friends and relatives on the workmanship and design, along with people passing by stop and comment on our beautiful home We Love  It! We simply can not say enough wonderful things about our experience with Trinity Homes! Lisa was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very obviously an expert in her field. Assisting us with the plans, selections, and decorating, she met with us numerous times, even accommodating to our hectic and opposite work schedules! Even after completing the research on other home builders, after meeting Lisa, we knew we'd made the right choice! Trinity offers such a high quality home at such a great price. We had read about home building, and know numerous other people who'd built, and to say the least, were expecting some hiccups along the building process. This did not happen with Trinity. Torrey was excellent to work with too- he kept the operation working smoothly and without blemish. Even when we visited the site at points during construction, it was so clean and organized, a friend we brought with us remarked, "This doesn't even look like a construction site!" They literally bent over backwards for us, they were prompt to reply, and when we sold our house and needed to be in a tad quicker than expected, they made it happen! Thank you Trinity Homes for your exceptional service in building our new home! When deciding to build our new home, we didn't have to look hard. My brother had just finished building with Lisa and her team and had positive things to say about the whole process including the people at Trinity Home Builders. My brother also worked summers building houses for seven years and said Trinity Home Builders did high quality work. So we contacted Lisa and sat down immediately drawing up our house plans. Lisa was great at listening to what we wanted in a home, adding her suggestions, while keeping our budget in mind. With all of our changes and out of the ordinary designs Trinity has more than come to the table to help us reach our dreams of a home like no other. The top notch treatment we have received in our building process is as if we were the only house they were building. Trinity is Family! We had the pleasure of working with Lisa and her crew 3 years ago to finish our lower level and after such a positive experience (with amazing results), there was no question who we should call when we decided to remodel our entire house! The project began by replacing all the flooring with hardwood for the entire house, except for the bathrooms (which also got a fresh look) and then each project there after, transformed our house into the house of our dreams! The Trinity Crew was there every step of the way offering us endless options, invaluable advice, and answering any questions we had. They are professionals to the utmost degree and in the end gave us such a beautiful, high quality 'new' home! The compliments we receive from the flooring, to the paint selections, to the lighting, to the kitchen backsplash & granite, and more has not stopped even 3 months out. Trinity made our house our home and where we feel so blessed that we will be able to live and watch our children grow here for many years to come! It has been one year since Andy and I purchased our first home with Trinity. We continue to love it more every day. We receive numerous compliments on the design, layout, and craftsmanship. We purchased the custom ranch when it was in the drywall phase, and with Lisa’s assistance, were able to select all of the interior finishes. Lisa, Tory, and Jim were, and continue to be, exceptional to work with! We had heard so many horror stories from people who had built homes, but we never had to deal with any of those stresses. The process from purchase to completion went very smoothly, and we loved that we were encouraged to walk through the home whenever we wanted to make sure we were pleased. In fact, we stopped by on Thanksgiving to look around, and Tory saw our car there and came by to make sure he could answer any questions we had and make sure we were happy. Lisa communicated so well with us on the timelines- we knew exactly what was being done when. Never did we feel that our budget was not being considered. There have been very minor issues along the way, but all have been handled promptly and professionally, with courtesy to our schedules. Lisa also took care of arranging for the interior painting to be completed when we were unable to do the work ourselves, as originally planned. No job is too big for her to handle! Andy and I would highly recommend Trinity to anyone looking to build their dream home! We are so pleased with the exceptional work in our home and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come! We are so glad to be a part of the Trinity family!

We moved into our Trinity home in January 2013. Trinity provided home warranty services for a year. It is now April 2015 and we are 15 months past the warranty expiration. BUT when Lisa welcomes you in to the Trinity family she doesn't ignore your calls or e-mails just because a year is up. She continues to be accessible. I had some questions and she sent Jim to talk with me. He listened to my concerns and gave simple explanations as to how I could remedy the situation. I can't imagine that there are other builders who provide such service. Thank you Lisa! Thank you Jim! You are the best.

Six months ago we had no idea that we would build a house. We were the poster couple for people who would never move, much less build a house. We had lived in the same house for over 38 years. At the urging of our children we began to look for a ranch house last spring. Our realtor introduced us to Lisa when we looked at one of Lisa’s spec houses, Lisa’s enthusiasm and passion convinced us to think about building a house to meet our specific needs and wishes. She had affordable home plans that could be customized to fit our needs. Unlike the horror stories you sometimes hear about builders, Lisa was very respectful of our budget. When choices had to made, she offered us options within our budget and did not utilize the “bait and switch tactic” we had heard about from other families who have built new homes. Lisa guided us through a very emotional experience promising that she would never let us make a mistake.People who see our house think that Lisa took the charm of our 80 year old home and transferred it to this house with wide archways, rounded corners and knockdown dry wall. But these are all signature Lisa designs. We wanted a more traditional room plan and traffic flow rather than the open concept so popular now. The kitchen, dining room and living room are defined but are not isolated from each other. The laundry area is a separate room, not integrated in to the kitchen. We wanted a house that would be safe for wandering grandchildren so a door was put at the top of the basement stairs. These are just a few of the ways that Lisa customized the original design to meet our needs. Lisa assisted us with every decision and made suggestions but never imposed her tastes on us. The results were beyond our expectations.

The Trinity team made it easy to build the home of our dreams, from blueprints to completion. We have already received many complements on features of the home that were all Trinity’s ideas! When we get asked, “how did you think of doing that?”, we always tell them that our builder came up with it! The impressive quality and workmanship are evident in the construction and care of this home. We’ve heard many horror stories of cutting corners and skimpy workmanship from friends who have built. Lastly, the main thing we loved about building with Trinity was the complete trust we had in you. We knew that any suggestions you made were for good reason and with our family’s best interest in mind, and no ulterior motive. In fact, now that we are moved in, we cannot stress how many times we’ve thanked the heavens that Trinity encouraged us to add certain features!

We had few issues during this process but whatever did happen was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Lisa has been an endless help in our decision making process and coming up with ideas. We have so many positive things to say about KNL Trinity Homes. We were instantly impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the home from the moment we saw it. We had been looking at houses for almost a year before we found the right one. And when we encountered issues and delays with our financing just days before closing, Lisa and Henry from KNL Trinity Homes worked with us, postponed the closing a month and even offered to reduce our earnest money deposit. They went above and beyond our expectations in helping to ensure we were able to purchase this home. We felt like Lisa and Henry truly had a personal interest in helping us buy our new home. Thanks to Trinity Homes Al and I are able to afford a new home. We never thought we would be building a house so this is a dream come true. Lisa has been great to work with from the very first meeting to the present. Lisa is very professional and very helpful in working out all the details that it takes to build a new home. Lisa was also very patient and encouraging when we were making all our selections from the siding color to the carpet. She is full of great ideas and answered our calls or emails very promptly. Tory, our expediter promised we would be in our home by Christmas and he kept his promise. The hole was dug on September 8th and we moved in on December 17th. Tory took care of coordinating all of the rough work from the excavators to the plumbing and everything in between. It was fun to watch it all come together from an empty lot to a new home that we celebrated Christmas in. Trinity Homes does provide a quality home at a reasonable cost. We are very happy with our new home and hope to have many years ahead to enjoy it.
